Shipping policy

Your order will be actioned on the next business day and products shipped within two business days from your point of order, subject to stock availability, unless you have selected a delivery date that is later than that.

Where a customer has indicated a preferred delivery date, we will endeavour to deliver the order on or soon before that date (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). 

We avoid part shipments. At times it may be necessary to substitute products of a similar type of product to ensure shipments are completed within our target timeframe.

All deliveries are sent overnight from us on a guaranteed next day delivery service. In most cases a signature is not required to acknowledge delivery.

Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier.
