Lancashire Blue is made by the Rhodes family on their dairy in Inglewhite. This traditionally made blue veined Lancashire cheese is made from the milk of their Pedigree Holstein Friesian cows and is matured in their very own man-made cave to develop even blue-veining throughout the body of the cheese. It has a salty touch to its medium to strong full flavour.
This is a naturally rinded product and the colour of the rind may have seasonal variations.
