This is the new cheese from Bookham & Harrison! It’s called Charmer Blue and is a stable mate for the much loved Sussex Charmer. Both made with pasteurised cows milk, this is very much a soft and creamy, mild blue-veined cheese that can be eaten by itself or crumbled, melted, or spread over foods. It may be used in salads, dressings, or drizzled over grilled steak. Just like our Sussex Charmer, Charmer Blue is a highly versatile cheese that you won’t be able to do without! Suitable for Vegetarians.
