Chilli Marble

Like the Sussex Marble (Garlic & Parsley) also from Highweald Dairy, the Sussex Chilli Marble is based with Saint Giles, a Port Salut style cheese. It is a semi soft cheese, with a creamy, buttery texture, and the blend with birds eye chilies makes for a hot and spicy flavour. 

Blended - Semi-soft - Cows Milk - Pasteurised - Vegetarian - Medium/Strong
