Cornish Yarg

Cornish Yarg is famous for being wrapped in nettles. It is a semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. This cheese consistently wins top international awards. It is tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly at its core. As it matures, the nettle wrap gives a delicate mushroom taste and develops the cheeses white appearance.
