Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton

Cropwell Bishop has a rich tangy flavour, and a velvety-soft texture that makes it melt in the mouth. The cheese is carefully crafted by hand, using methods that have changed little since the 17th Century. To allow the Stilton to develop its unique flavour, it is normally aged to 12 weeks. Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton holds many prestigious awards, including the coveted 3 Star Great Taste Award.
