Délice de Bourgogne

Délice is a soft, triple cream cheese with a mould velvety white rind. It's Ivory coloured interior has a melt in the mouth, smooth texture with delicate flavours of cream and butter. It is great in pieces as a part of a mixed salad, delicious on oven baked toast and is also great as a creamy soft cheese for your cheese board.
