Godminster

This is a deliciously smooth, creamy cheddar and I think that of all of the cheddar style cheese's that I have tried up to now, this is my favourite. Godminster's award-winning British Cheddar is made using organic cows milk. It has a silkiness to it and although not the strongest of all cheddar's, it is matured for up to one year and certainly has a stronger flavour. It is as delicate and perfect on a cracker with a fruity chutney as it is when used for the cheese on your toast. (Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar is also available with Black Truffle)
