Lancashire Bomb

The Lancashire Bomb is a real culinary treat and must be tasted to be believed. The Lancashire Bomb is matured over 2 years, creating a very creamy and full flavoured taste and texture. 

Andrew Shorrock is the original creator of the Lancashire bomb and the Shorrock family have been hand making the bombs for over 25 years and have been winning cheese awards since 1923.

This cheddar styled cheese is delicious with fruit and/or a good red wine.

Semi-hard - Cows Milk - Pasteurised - Vegetarian - Strong
