A few years back a customer asked if we could source this soft, blue veined, triple creamed cheese from the Allgau region of Germany and I was able to find it. It soon became one of my personal favourites and we have been selling it as a best seller in our shop since then.
Montagnolo Affine is a creamy blue and has a medium to strong flavour with a pleasant, smooth, buttery texture. The cheese won the Supreme Champion award at the 2013 International Cheese Awards.
