Oxford Blue

This Gold Standard blue cheese was first created in 1994 by the owner of the Oxford Cheese Company and over a period of time the recipe has been adjusted and refined to create it’s present form. It is a very popular cheese from our counter. It is deliciously creamy, strong and smooth.
