Peter's Yard 145g Original Sourdough Crispbread

Sourdough crispbread is born of the Swedish tradition of preserving. Large sourdough rounds would be baked until crisp and dappled, then stored on a pole over the fire during the long dark winter months. Peter's Yard honour this tradition by stamping a hole through each round before baking. Break, share and enjoy, topped with your favourite cheeses, smoked salmon or pâté.
