Saint Giles

Saint Giles is a continental styled, semi-soft creamy cheese, similar to the French Saint Paulin or Port Salut style of cheese. It has a rich, buttery texture and a creamy mild flavour. It is the base cheese used for the Sussex Chilli Marble and the garlic and herb Sussex Marble.
