Sussex Brie

Also a big seller in our shop, made in East Sussex, the Sussex Brie is mild in strength with a fluffy, edible white rind. It has a mellow flavour with a subtle nutty, grassy taste. It is creamy, soft, smooth and sometimes runny. It is a delicate brie and when kept in the fridge for several weeks it becomes stronger in flavour. It is a winner of a Silver World Cheese Award and is a great addition to cheeseboards and for grilling.
