Sussex Camembert is a creamy, earthy tasting cheese with a natural white edible rind. It is a great cheese for cheese boards and for baking. The Camembert will continue maturing in the fridge for up to seven weeks becoming softer and stronger. Sussex Camembert won a Silver Medal at the Nanwhich International Cheese Show and a Gold with two stars at the Great Taste Awards.
