Sussex Crumble (The Idle Hour)

Previously named 'Sussex Crumble', The Idle Hour is a semi-hard cheese which is creamy tasting and has citrus undertones. The cheese ripens from the outside in leaving a crumbly centre with a natural edible rind. It is made from pasteurised cow's milk and is matured for 16-20 weeks and is a winner of a Silver at the British Cheese Awards.
