High Weald Dairy - West Sussex
Made in West Sussex from a Port Salut styled cheese called Saint Giles (also made by High Weald Dairy), Sussex Marble is infused with garlic and parsley. It is a semi soft cheese made from pasteurised cows milk. It is buttery and creamy in texture with a delicious medium to strong flavour. If melted over a steak or a jacket potato it gives a great effect as a garlic butter and is suitable for vegetarians.
