Sussex Slipcote

Sussex Slipcote is a fresh, light, soft cheese made from organic sheep milk. It has a creamy, fluffy texture and a delicate mild to medium strength of flavour. This cheese is also available infused with different flavours. 100g buttons of the cheese can be purchased blended with dill, garlic and herbs and also cracked black peppercorn.
