Woodside Red

Woodside Red is a semi-hard cheese with an edible rind which gives flavours that are part Comté, part Gruyere and part cheddar. This cheese has the residue from the seed of the South American annatto thistle added to the milk giving a wonderful orange bloom to your cheeseboard. In 2019, The Woodside Red won Gold as the best new cheese in Britain at the British Cheese Awards.
